French Toast Roll-Ups

Love dipping sausage in maple syrup? This one’s created for YOU! FRENCH TOAST ROLL-UPS! INGREDIENTS: 10 slices of bread 10 cooked sausage links 3 large eggs ½ cup milk 3 tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ½ teaspoon cinnamon Maple syrup, for serving

PREPARATION:
Flatten the bread slices and remove the crusts if you prefer.
Place a sausage link on each flattened bread slice and roll it up.
Mix together the eggs, milk, sugar, flour, vanilla, and cinnamon in a large bowl until smooth.
Heat a greased griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.
Dip the sausage roll-ups in the egg mixture.
Cook on the hot griddle until golden brown on all sides.
Serve warm with maple syrup.

A mashup of French toast and breakfast sausage is definitely something I can get behind all we’re doing is taking some cooked breakfast sausage rolling it in a flattened piece of bread dipping it in French toast batter like you normally would and then we’re going to grill it

Till it’s nice and golden on all sides dip those babies in some syrup and you have a breakfast of champions
