Recipe :-
1. In a bowl take 4-5 boiled potatoes, 1 chopped onion ,green chilli and boiled peaβs (matar)
2. Now add 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, pav bhaji masala, salt and chaat powder.
3. Mix well
4. Now dip in slurry (4 tbsp maida, 2 tbsp cornflour, salt, water)
5. Coat with breadcrumbs or vermicelli and fry on medium hot oil as shown.
