  4. Well, I was watching this. I concluded that nobody knows how to properly cook chicken. That is a very basic way to cook chicken and I don’t think I’ve ever seen it in my life. My mom didn’t cook chicken like that. All she do is throw in a sauce, I think. I have no idea anyway we didn’t need a lot of chicken actually so that’s probably why, but I don’t see a lot of people just making chicken this way and it’s got to be the best way to make chicken.

  5. I have all those ingredients except for the heavy cream and wine, which is easily accessible at the local market! So easy to make I will try it! I am not big on chicken legs but I will try it with chicken breast. Thank you for the recipe! ā¤

  6. Here we have similar creamy chicken with souce, but with paprika in stead of tomato and wine. Best classic and very easy. But I will surely try this one. Sounds great.

  9. I would cook the tomato paste first to get that raw tomato paste flavor that is so jarring out of it. But that’s just me.

  10. Can broth be used instead of alcohol? I know the alcohol evaporates but I don't want the extra sugars.
