Mix those up your pepper should be done disperse half in each one

Shit got so easier once I started meal prepping. I only cook once a day now. I have a 30g protein shake in the morning, eat a bowl of my meal prep, then cook in the evening before the gym, then drink a 60g protein shake before bed.
