  1. Completely useless procedure, when you could just roast your onions with some olive oil on top. Clearly a buffed up video for likes.

  2. What’s wrong with roasting and onion and
    Drizzling it with homey and eating it with chicken or whatever else? Nobody but a pretentious chef would do this to a simple and perfect ingredient.

  3. The supermarket and produce store only has white, red, green and pickled onions, there's little and big whites, I might just use both red and white and see what happens. If it tastes bad, I can give it to the kids, they won't eat it, but they won't get dessert for not finishing dinner, and I can have extra pudding.

  4. I can't guarantee mine will be anywhere in the realm of visually aesthetic like this, but I will try the cooking technique… This looks so delicious!

  5. I've heard of Georgia Vadalia onions, but after years of living in the south, I've never heard of Savannah onions – are they new? Are they yellow or white? Where do we buy them? What can we use in their place?
