Ingredients:
• Leftover cooked rice (ground to fine paste)
• Eno
• Oil
• Suji (Semolina)
• Onion (finely chopped)
• Green chilli
• Ginger
• Curry leaves
• Coriander leaves
• Jeera
• White sesame seeds
• Salt

Method:
1. Grind leftover rice into a smooth paste.
2. Add eno and a little oil, mix gently.
3. Add suji, onion, green chilli, ginger, curry leaves, coriander leaves, jeera, sesame seeds, and salt.
4. Mix to form a thick batter.
5. Shape into vadas and deep fry till golden and crispy.
6. Serve hot with chutney.
