Blanch the potatoes in chicken broth and salt (what you believe is a little/ flavor to you your liking) for 4-5 minutes first, and let dry. Definitely salt,white pepper, onion powder, garlic powder the vegetables. Use a quarter less sour cream, but add some cheese in the mix to replace it, or ricotta. Top with smoked or regular paprika when it is cover on the first bake. (Optional cayenne pepper with the paprika or over the cheese for the final 10 minutes.
