Ranch Chicken Wraps



Learn how to make these easy and delicious ranch chicken wraps! Chicken strips, bacon, lettuce and tomato with ranch dressing wrapped up with melted cheese in a warm flour tortilla. Couldn’t be easier! Perfect on a hot summer night for din din!

What you’ll need:
chicken strips (I used homemade as can be seen here: http://youtu.be/Y0UBAhAS-wE )
cooked bacon
tomatoes
lettuce or salad mix
ranch dressing
shredded cheese (cheddar, co-jack, swiss, etc)
12″ flour tortillas (burrito size)

Prepare chicken strips by either making your own or cooking frozen strips according to package directions. Roughly chop into pieces. Also chop bacon, tomatoes and lettuce if not using a salad mix.
To make the wrap, heat a flour tortilla on a griddle or even in the microwave with the cheese sprinkled down the center to warm the tortilla and melt the cheese. Add chicken strip pieces, bacon, lettuce and tomatoes in a strip down the middle on top of the cheese. Drizzle ranch dressing over all. Fold up like a burrito by folding in the sides and then rolling up making sure the ends are tucked in. Cut in half and serve. Enjoy!
