This is the seventh and final of 7 recipes, leading up to Super Bowl XLVI! Easy, fast and delicious! Serve with chips, veggies, or even crackers!

What you’ll need:
1/2 small yellow onion, minced (about 1/2 cup)
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste

Sautee the minced onion in 1 Tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat until carmelized and nicely browned. Let cool for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients together. Add sauteed onions and mix well. Cover and refrigerate 4-6 hours or even overnight. Serve and enjoy! This recipe easily doubles and even triples!
