  1. Don’t throw the skin away… cut it up with poultry shears, season it – salt, pepper, paprika & put in pan in 450° oven until super duper crispy (like pork rinds). YUM!

  2. Oh, I like it fancy! Lol oh I’ve got split chicken breast in the freezer. They are getting defrosted and then it is getting made.

  3. Why are you rubbing avocado oil on the skin when you're throwing it away? The only reason to rub it on the skin is to help crisp it up during roasting. A stupid, wasteful step.

  4. I prefer to poach my chicken in chicken stock for salad like this. It will be juice and much more flavourful.
