Idk how this is a struggle meal if you didn't give them a bag of random stuff worth $5 and say make something to eat. Like, you've got a half cup of flower a bag of frozen broccoli, and two hot dogs. Go!

I don't know why so many people are acting like spaghetti is a gourmet meal. You can buy a box of spaghetti for around $1-1.50, cheap pasta sauce for around $2-3, a pound of ground beef for around $6.00 (just bought a pack from Acme this week in Jersey) and a loaf of sourdough bread is around $3. Everything can be cheap depending on the brand that you're buying. My family has never had to struggle and living on my own for the most part I haven't either but there have been times when the bills drained me dry and I made a big pot of spaghetti on Sunday that lasted me the whole week until payday.
That is not goulash, ive never seen it not as a soup damn near.
Here, indomie is the best struggle meal.

Im mad. My great grandmother had a recipe I still use to this day. Always gone at the potluck. That is not how you do it.
Line casserole dish with tatortots. COOK your ground beef with all the seasonings you like, onion and garlic.
1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of cream of celery soup, combine.
Top your tatortots with the cooked and seasoned meat. Top that with the soup mixture.
Top THAT with tatortots.
No cheese.
Bake in the oven at 400 for 35-45 mins until golden brown.
Last step, imoress all your friends at the cookout with your savory and delicious dish.
