  2. Dude. I love your restaurant review but thinking you’re a chef to be able to cook these things is another level all together. No harm no foul. Maybe eating Wendy’s and B.K. Is your thing!

  3. That fish needs a lighter crust, more salt and pepper, maybe marinate the fish overnight, and deal in addition to parsley will definitely bring more flavor out. And you need to season the fish while searing it before you apply the Walnut crust.

  5. I think the problem is people who cook all the time tend to forget to write down the little steps that are needed to make the dishes come out right.

    I'm surprised he didn't let it soak inside some buttermilk and spices for flavor before coating it to cook

    I don’t think you’ll love any of the recipe.

  7. Pepper should always be freshly ground. Taste what’s in that massive pack of grey powder on its own and you’ll realise it tastes of nothing.
