Let’s talk about solo dining 🍽️✨
Why does doing things alone feel like something we have to hide?
I don’t take myself out to dinner because I have no one to go with…I do it because I genuinely love the experience of being alone. The calm, the people-watching, the freedom to order exactly what I want, and the quiet confidence that comes with enjoying my own company. So much of the discomfort around eating alone isn’t loneliness, it’s the fear of being seen alone. And once you move past that, a whole world of joy opens up.
There’s a full piece going live on my newsletter tomorrow and I’d love you to be part of the conversation 💫

"Feeling comfortable in your own company is one thing, but feeling comfortable being seen in your own company is another." – What a powerful insight! 😮😮
