I don’t understand how people are having such a hard time they need to invent new ways to cook bacon. Bake it if you want it straight, throw it in a pan if you want maximum crispy. The water is just a waste of time
So much easier to do it on a sheet pan in the oven for large batches. Toss a few slices in a ziploc bag and you’ve got your week of bacon prepped and cut breakfast cook time in half at least
