The problem with not showing the menu at the beginning is, that some people even if they know nothing about food would never just trust the kitchen they need to choose and be in control….. totally their loss

These menus looked so unique! They all looked so interesting and I would love to try! There were definitely items that would intimidate me, but I love the idea of trying new things or dishes outside my comfort zone! I love that you got to do this with your mom, that’s such a special experience:)

I definitely like the idea of these two restaurants, especially the last one. I'm not too big on Asian food due to the fact I am more of a Caribbean food girly but I love the concept. Everything looked amazing and I definitely will be recommending this to some of my friends that do go back to Taiwan 100%

Long time no see, Tiffy. The 2 restaurants you featured are truly Michelin worthy – will be sure to check them out when I go back to Taipei (we were there just last February). Btw, you have a different glow to you. Sorry to be so forward but are you expecting? The non-alcoholic drink pairings and subtle effort to hide your middle part with the jackets makes one wonder.
