  3. My experience with those exact adobo peppers tells me that this recipe will likely be far too spicy for most people.

  4. Brisket has many other uses also. Personally i like to smoke a whole brisket low and slow. If you dont have a smoker season it with whatever you like and cook it in a roasting pot at 185 in your oven. 1 hour per pound is the baseline but it will be done when it separates easily with a fork

    Made this but had to substitute the chipotles in adobe sauce. So glad I tasted it first! 5 level fire alarm lol. I like spice but I can't handle that spicy. My kids can't handle much more than black pepper lol.

    I substituted a can of mild rotel, a can of mild green chiles, a large squirt of Rays BBQ sauce and aa hefty amount of smoked paprika. My family loved it!
