Brisket has many other uses also. Personally i like to smoke a whole brisket low and slow. If you dont have a smoker season it with whatever you like and cook it in a roasting pot at 185 in your oven. 1 hour per pound is the baseline but it will be done when it separates easily with a fork
Made this but had to substitute the chipotles in adobe sauce. So glad I tasted it first! 5 level fire alarm lol. I like spice but I can't handle that spicy. My kids can't handle much more than black pepper lol.
I substituted a can of mild rotel, a can of mild green chiles, a large squirt of Rays BBQ sauce and aa hefty amount of smoked paprika. My family loved it!

My experience with those exact adobo peppers tells me that this recipe will likely be far too spicy for most people.
