First, the show: the picanha beef is brought to your table and hand minced.
The mince is then taken back into the kitchen for chef @diego_tf11 to prepare, medium rare.
The burger is then topped with @danigarcia7βs secret Bull Cheese Sauce π
The burger was paired with a glass of El favorito de baal 2023, Madrid, perfectly selected by Sommelier of the Year, @baselga_con_b.

You brought the meat out to ground in front of them, but have to take it back to the kitchen to actually cook a mid burger.
If im gonna take time watch him prepare the food i better buy street burger instead. Its faster and not dry like that.
