New Potatoes Like a Chef

  1. i stopped pealing potatoes years ago, if they have an eye or uck part i cut it off otherwise the skins have nutrients that are great for you lol

  2. And then there's me, I just throw some little potatoes into a slowcooker under some meat and then come back in 8 hours. They're yummy.

  3. Cook like a chef: use some greasy broth and 0.5 kg of butter. No surprise it tastes good 😅

  4. As a person who grew up in a country where many dishes are made from potatoes I can't appreciate your way of peeling potatoes 😭

  5. 99% of chefs just over complicate both the cooking process and the ingredients. Boil salt and pepper simple and perfectly seasoned for simple spud 😅

  6. Pff.. brown them in sugar. So you caramalize them. And serve with roast pork. Brown sauce. And pickled red cabbage… A full hardy meal
