Karachi street food is on another level and in this video I explored some of the most unique food trucks in the city. From a Lucknow style food truck run by a talented Aapa who moved to Karachi in 1994 to a modern Turkish Arabic fusion setup serving authentic flavours this journey is all about taste culture and amazing street food.
I tried the famous Tunday Kabab which is soft juicy and full of traditional Lucknow spices served with paratha and chutney that brings out the real taste of India and Pakistan street food. Then I visited Turkish Arabic Fusion where I experienced a variety of dishes including Turkish kababs with rice chicken shawaya and freshly made gozleme.
I also tried a unique street food innovation the pizza burger which is a combination of burger buns and pizza toppings and is becoming popular across Pakistan India and Bangladesh street food scenes.
This video is not a competition but a journey through different food cultures including Pakistani Indian and Turkish flavours coming together in Karachi.

Zia tabarak a request, Please type Pakistani Tunday Kebabs or lucknow aapa making her lucknowi version (dont claim original lucknowi) because i have observed in almost all Indian Cuisines prepared in Pakistan almost all (all is also correct ) dont have the original cooking method and materials but pakistani versions of same food , more spicy in some , weaker ingredients in some ie dossa points in karachi or almost all momos prepared in karachi for eg. , you get authentic lucknowi kebabs only in lucknow just like authentic hyderabadi biryani can only be consumed in top hotels (top does not mean 5 star here ) or Hyderabadi homes no where outside dubai or usa or uk.
Also almost all indian foods in pakistani cities is prepared in local ghee , which tastes different from foods prepared in indian ghee.

As per indian prices where you get shawarma from Rs.70 onwards from such hotels its quite expensive (even if you convert) , remember one time it was 1 inr = 1.55 pkr , in sit in hotels it goes to 110-150 inr depends on variants , masala.
