Speckled Egg Cookies (M&S Inspired)
Ingredients:
Wet ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened (225g)
1 cup light brown sugar, packed (200g)
½ cup granulated sugar (100g)
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Dry ingredients:
2½ cups plain (all-purpose) flour (315g)
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
Mix-ins
1½ cups chocolate chips or chunks (250g)
1–1½ cups mini chocolate eggs, lightly crushed (180–250g)
2 cups cornflakes
