    Now that would be my kind of food, I like to taste the lamb more than the spices. That lamb looked so good. No wonder the owner was so confident, he's proud of what he produces and rightly so. With lamb being so expensive these days that's a good price he's charging. Nice touch giving your followers a fiver off too. Well deserved high score. Thanks for another great review TFT.

    The OG Butt karahi in lahore (there are a few decent competitors) has freshly slaughtered chicken, loads of butter/ghee and garnished with chillies and ginger. The charsi (pothead owner) in Peshawar again very limited ingredients, salt tomatoes and chillies and it is cooked in animal (dumba) fat.

    I am sitting here watching that at just after 9 am on a Bank Holiday Monday, thinking I would love to smash that karahi for my breakfast lol … Like being back at Uni when I used to eat chicken tikka pathia for breakfast with naan and onion bahji and a chapati or two… Alhamdulillah!!!

    Sorry but as much as I love Asian food and traditional Asian food….there’s no way I’m eating food like curries with my fingers. I’m a very clean person with my hygiene but I ain’t sticking my fingers in a curry.
