Run by a Welsh pitmaster obsessed with authentic Texas barbecue… cooking everything from his garden.
What started as cooking for friends…
Turned into a sell-out underground BBQ spot in just 6 months.
No restaurant.
No big team.
Just passion, hard work, and serious skill.
