TBT – I’m not a chef but I will cook for some of my friends and family who know how I behave 😂 a lot of work and planning upfront with a full time day job too but it’s always low key surprising myself and a high after pulling it off. Shoutout to the ladies in my life who help me make it happen 😘
STARTERS

APPETIZERS
New Zealand Lamb Racks – cut into chops and marinated in Italian dressing.
Coho Salmon with Garlic, Lemon, Dill and served with cream cheese, capers and pickled onion.
STEAKS (Surf n Turf)
Served with Thai basil chimichurri, garlic butter w herb and a Peppercorn Sauce.
