Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and mix well. 5. Add mashed potatoes, salt, amchur powder, green chilli, and coriander leaves. Mix everything nicely and cook for 1–2 minutes. Let it cool. 6. Divide the dough, roll it out, and shape into samosas. Fill with prepared stuffing and seal using water. 7. Apply a little water on top and coat with sesame seeds and kalonji. 8. Place the samosas on a hot cast iron tawa, keeping the sealed side down. 9. Cover with a lid and cook on low flame for 12–15 minutes, flipping occasionally until golden and crispy. 10. Brush with ghee for extra flavor. 11. Serve hot with imli chutney.
