Fast, simple, tasty, and nutritious. Five stars! 🎉🎉😊
Simple and delicious, on of the best combos out there
Oh wrap it in seaweed wraps! Yum
I use safe catch tuna. It has 40g of protein in one can and 25 times less mercury than the fda maximum allowance
Currently living off your chicken kimchi salad, but haven't added the pineapple 😂 Maybe when the weather gets warmer here 😊 I've never had kimchi before but works v well in a massive salad 🥗
You've nailed this one Mr magic!!! bravo 👏 👏♡luV it…can't wait! Thx4 inspo& #nocott.cheese🙏📿
Add some green onions/scallions, too❤!
FINALLY … a recipe without raw onions. (I wish that I liked them.)
30g of protein in a single serving of tuna can? I don’t think that’s right.
Most people won't have fresh ginger on-hand but try a dash of ground ginger in there. Ginger, garlic, soy, sesame and green onion are a true asian flavor bomb. It's like tuna gyoza filling.
i am definitely trying this.
🤤
The body doesn’t digest whole sesame seeds. You need to grind them to get the full health benefits!
