  1. In California there were fast food places called Teriyaki Burger all served with pineapple. I think it was during a big Polynesian phase. When you go to New Orleans you have to go to the carousel bar at the Monteleone Hotel the bar actually moves in a circle. Had a great glass of Champagne, Veuve Cliequot and an espresso martini! The Hotel is on Royal St.

  2. Kristen, can you please try to explain what octopus tastes like? I have never tried it but I am interested in possibly giving it a try. Thank you for your time. Love your videos!

  3. I saw pork belly on the description of that burger and was like 👀 Would definitely try that though since I’ve only been to Kona for breakfast. Could probably make a meal out of that mac and cheese.

  4. Kona cafe used to have a brunch item called the “Samoan” it was a breakfast hash that was absolutely delicious. I would book a flight immediately if they bring it back

  5. First that I've heard mung bean noodles called "glass noodles". Had to look it up and apparently they are also sometimes called cellophane noodles. The things ya learn when watching RightDownMainStreet. 🤔

  6. Kona and Steakhouse 71 are the best food spots of the big 3 resorts and I’m tired of pretending they’re not.

  7. Hoping to do a 1 person walk up at Wailulu on a Thursday in May, what are my chances? and can you recommend a time that would be better than others for a 1 person walk up there?
