I took a 40 minute flight to the Islands of Guernsey to dine at the Michelin Star restaurant @vraicrestaurant by @nathandavieschef and it did not disappoint!
⭐️ VRAIC is the only Michelin Star restaurant on the Islands of Guernsey and it earns every bit of that star. Think 10 courses of local ingredients, flawless technique, and the kind of meal you’re still thinking about weeks, even months, later. This is Guernsey fine dining at its absolute best.

I've been to Guernsey back in the '90s, as a Lufthansa Crew Member. We were the first Airline from abroad to land there😂 I fell in love with Guernsey right there and then❤ The food, the landscape and the people were just amazing 😍❣️ Thank you for posting this 💚💚💚
