I pulled up to Saigon Drip Cafe for their Bánh Mì Drip and it absolutely lived up to the hype. Rich, savory, layered with flavor, and dipped into that beef bone marrow soup like they knew exactly what they were doing.
What makes this spot hit even harder is the story behind it. Built from humble beginnings by childhood friends who grew up together, Saigon Drip is more than just great Vietnamese food. It is a real comeback story rooted in culture, community, and resilience.
If you are anywhere near Pioneer Square, do yourself a favor and go get one ASAP.

I don't even know how to begin to break that statement down 🤣🤣 there's literally so much culture and good food everywhere from Portland to Vancouver, BC (and beyond) with Seattle being the biggest melting pot. If you can't find something you like to eat, you're not looking very hard!
