My first “bodybuilding” meal prep I learned to make

I’m a bodybuilder who HATES eating the same thing everyday so I normally like to meal prep my proteins to use in different recipes.

To this day, I still make this as it’s super easy and cheap to make. Definitely would recommend giving it a go if you’re lazy and suck and cooking hehe

Per 100g of mince
128 calories (4c 4f 17p)

INGREDIENTS:
1kg extra lean beef mince (if you want to save even more calories by lowering the fat, I’d recommend using kangaroo mince!)
2 packets of Old El Paso’s Taco Spice Mix
1 diced onion (optional)
2g oil to cook the onions (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Oh yeah buddy, that old el paso is the go-to seasoning for parents on taco nights in the US lol

  2. You should definitely do heroes for hire. Comic book. I also fx with it. We should talk comics, lee. Dont forget fx effects .

  3. Well I hope Old El Paso brand is watching this

Would be a great way for them to promote the brand as well

On a side note – really enjoy these work out food vids, gives some great inspiration

  4. The best meal prep. Tacos, burritos, gyudon, bibimbap, add it to pasta sauce… The possibilities are endless and it's very very easy.

I use just garlic salt instead of taco seasoning because it's more of a standard flavour base and indeed the cumin from the taco seasoning can start to smell like armpit lol.

  5. Considering the company was founded in New Mexico, wild to think it could possibly only be in Australia of all places.
