  1. In Brazil we have a food called "pastel", it's very traditional and in each state there are different fillings according to local culture. We also have "pastel de angu" which is similar but made from "fubá" (fine corn flour). And there's also a very traditional food from the state of Bahia called "Acarajé", it uses a bean dough and shrimp fillings with lots of spices and it is traditionally made with "azeite de dendê", a special type of oil extracted from the palm fruit. Please try one of them!

  2. As a nigerian, i am extremely offended by what you have js created. For one, fufu in a pan? are u mental? and 2nd of all that is not egusi soup, idk if u got ur recipes from the hub but that is NOT egusi, and finally, what offended me the most is that u enjoyed it, u dont have the right too enjoy our food after disgracing our culture like this, that will be all.

  3. You can do ukrainian varenyky. They're funny because there're many different variations of the filling, which range all the way from meat to potato or berries. Berries variant is probably the most unique.

  4. I’m from India, and given how broadly dumplings can be defined, I’m sure you’d find several dishes in Indian cuisine that fit the description—perhaps even some I’m not aware of, considering how diverse the country is. As a Chhattisgarhiya, though, I’d say fara is one such dish that perfectly aligns with that idea. It’s a beloved staple among people from Chhattisgarh, and just thinking about it makes me crave it!

Here’s a recipe if you’d like to explore it: [https://youtube.com/shorts/qFnM4LKRh8c?si=SsBbZDK3kQm8SlTp](https://youtube.com/shorts/qFnM4LKRh8c?si=SsBbZDK3kQm8SlTp)

    Please give it a try
