1 lbs ground chicken
1/2 cup grated parmesean
1 egg

seasoning mix
salt pepper garlic smoked paprika

Protein ranch mix
1 cup greek yogurt
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried dill
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp salt

Instructions combine all ingredients in a bowl shape to look like nuggets and aor fry at 400F for 20 minutes.
