  1. Palm Oil? Peanut (Ground nut) oil? Avocado Oil? Lard? Duck Fat? Goose Fat? How this would be "Every Cooking Oil Explained"?

  2. "Coconut oil is different from most vegetable oils." Of course it is. It's a fruit oil, not a seed oil.

There is a huge misconception about Ghee which is very important in Indian cooking, religious ceremonies and medicine so Ghee is not simply fat extracted from milk by boiling, there is a process by making curd from A2 cows milk, that sour curd is churned (bilona method) after that the butter is heated on burning wood (not stove) at medium heat in a clay pot to make ghee.

  5. Ghee is my personal favorite. I definitely use olive oil way more but when something should be sautéed in butter I do it with ghee. Is so much more flavorful and you dont have to worry about burning. Absolute game changer
