I wanted to comment this on the white sauce video but youtube wasn't letting me open comments. What about an 'All of them please boss'? Every kebab shop sauce in one bottle. Creaminess from tahini, some sugariness for sweet chilli, garlic, hot chilli flakes, a bit of mint and sumac for kebab shop flavours. Has potential (could taste like a really good bowl of hummus topped with spiced oil and herbs), and would still be creamy/white. Amazing for those of us who live for condiments and happily lather five different ones on a meal
A friend of mine recently bought some cologne, and the company got them from added in a sample on the house. Something they were mixing for fun and just threw in as a thank you. Have you considered doing something like that with the sauces you’re testing? Give it your paying club members and get direct feedback from a large swath of people to help pinpoint things you might have overlooked.
