   My mother in law in Philippines made me this as a vinegar cucumber salad it was so good. It looks much better when it's fresh. This rehydrated stuff doesn't look very good.

    I’d say don’t use sauce next time. They taste salty wirh a hint of oceany notes. Really nice in soup or with blander fish.
