TOP 7 BEST BANGKOK FOOD COURTS

If you think you’ve seen all of Bangkok’s best food courts… think again.

Bangkok is home to some of the best food courts in the world and in this video we are taking things to the next level. Everyone knows Terminal 21, ICONSIAM and Siam Paragon but today we are heading deeper into the city to find lesser known food courts that deliver even higher quality Thai food.

We start with the OG at MBK Center before diving into the Michelin packed food scene at Dusit Central Park. From there we explore the upscale EatThai food court at Central Embassy and then head out to some of Bangkok’s most underrated local favourites including The Mall Lifestore Tha Phra, The Mall Lifestore Bang Khae and The Mall Lifestore Bang Kapi.

We also check out a true wildcard spot at Seacon Bang Khae where Food Marche delivers one of the most surprising food court experiences in the city.

Across these seven Bangkok food courts we are hunting down 20 must eat Thai dishes including Khao Soi, Moo Krob, Sai Ua Fried Rice, Khanom Jeen and Tom Yum along with plenty more hidden gems you need to try.

If you are planning a trip to Bangkok or already living here this guide will show you exactly where to eat and what to order inside some of the best food courts in Thailand. From cheap local eats to Michelin recognised dishes all under one air conditioned roof this is the ultimate Bangkok food court guide.

Make sure to save this video for your next Bangkok trip and come hungry because this one is packed with flavour.

My name’s Gary and I’ve been living in Bangkok for the past five plus years and travelling Thailand for over ten. I’m obsessed with Thai street food and it’s that obsession that led me to start this YouTube channel. I want to share my favourite hidden spots in Bangkok and the rest of Thailand so you can fall in love with authentic, local Thai food as much as I have!

If you love seeing off the beaten path, non-touristy, local life and authentic local life in Bangkok and Thailand then this is the channel for you. If go go bars on the Sukhumvit Road are more your thing (I’m not judging) then maybe not!

  1. Your uk card has been blocked ..Googled your net worth Gary ..All i got was a ….555😊 Mate all joking aside ..I wouldn't try 40% of the dishes in Thailand if it wasn't for you 👍

  2. -ve marks for the first restaurant for the teflon seasoning. That teflon coated pan has clearly seen better days.

  3. I am visiting BKK for Songkran and had a blast. I tried Ann's Krua Kae for the first time at Central World. I went there because i saw the Michelin award. When got it, it visually looks like Hoy Tod, but with chicken. I then saw the rice noodle cooked into it. Really tasty dish!!

I also visited MBK's Food legend and thought it was pretty difficult to find. its hidden way in the corner behind a bunch of restaurants, but the food was solid!!

Central Embassy is a very high end shopping center with many high end restaurants. You wouldn't think there would be an amazing food court on the bottom floor.

As always.. really appreciate your videos!!

  4. Okay, initially I was skeptical about this White Aussie/English guy but then he knows his stuff, eats like an Asian and speaks the language…very cool! Enjoyed your vlog very much!

  5. The chicken rice from this brand was much better than normal sotre on the roadside. They used diffrent chicken breed.

It depends that you eat to survive or survive to eat.

  6. Bro… Just tattoo that Wise Card to your forehead and be done with it

Better yet, post a video of the tattooing and payment with said Wise card

    Boom!

  7. I have a few problems, Gary:
    1) I don't live in Thailand but planning to move at the end of the year
    2) Your videos always pop-up when I am hungry
    3) I'm always hungry

  8. เหมือนคนไทยทุกๆวัน ปรุงก่อนชิมรสชาติ 55555
