Ingredients:
• 2 cups flour (00 flour if preferred)
• 3 large eggs
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tsp olive oil (optional)

Instructions:

1. Add flour and salt to your stand mixer bowl (use the dough hook).
2. Add eggs and olive oil.
3. Mix on low speed until it starts coming together (about 2–3 minutes).
4. Increase slightly and knead for 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
5. If dry, add a small splash of water. If sticky, sprinkle a little flour.

Rest Time:
Wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes. This makes rolling much easier.

Roll and Shape:
Roll thin using a pasta machine or rolling pin, then cut into fettuccine, pappardelle, or your preferred shape.

  1. Ma'am I am going to need the measurements in this "recipe" otherwise this is just a mixer demonstration video for the attachments lol
