In today’s 50 MASSIVE freezer meals on a budget from scratch video we are turning 360 eggs into dozens and dozens and dozens of healthy freezer meals for my big family. We are making 15 large 9×13 breakfast bakes with many being low carb, sugar free, keto friendly, high protein, and checking all kinds of boxes 💃. We also make several different variations with additional ingredients for hearty meals to feed my large family.

Plus we make about 20 dozen egg bites in three different varieties which will stretch into MONTHS of meals for my family of 10 using mainly what we already had on hand. These are homemade freezer meals on a budget and eggs are one of those ingredients that can go a long way.     I put my special ingredients in my muffin cups and then pour the egg mixture over. I seem to get a good distribution that way.

    The sauce for the breakfast pizza is gravy that is a little thick. You can go ahead and make sausage gravy just a little thicker than what you usually make. It is awesome!!! Then add scrambled eggs (already done) and anything else you may like. We even add scallions on the top. Sweet peppers etc..

    Hey Jamerrill, I love your videos! I have been watching for about 3 houses! I was wondering if you have ever just scrambled up eggs and place in ziplocs and freeze? I have been doing this for convenience and for when egg prices go up.
    I have a differently abled daughter and she eats scrambled eggs or egg muffins everyday and we live in California so when prices went sky high I realized I needed to be better prepared and started freezing the eggs like this. It doesn't take up as much room in the freezer and are there ready for me when we can't afford them.

    I do breakfast pie with frozen pie crust. Like a quiche. Sometimes I add regular chopped potatoes and white sausage gravy to it.
