  3. All of these fancy recipes involve soaking the food in oil and slow cooking it. Is there not a crap ton of oil in each bite?? Olive oil would be at least a little better but I doubt it’s olive oil based on how much is getting used then discarded. And they say Americans have a high fat diet

  5. You're going to be chewing on a lot of sand… everyone else watch out for this fact that there's sand between the segments of leeks, it has to be cleaned out or you're really cook leeks like you do not like them

  6. Is this actually good? I like leaks, I really do, but it feels like this recipe is 50% oil, and I don't know if that would be too much or just enough.

  7. Just fry them with pork or sausages,leeks aren't complicated yall just dunno how to cook with them,look at Balkan quisine we cook leeks all the time

  8. Must taste good, but what about the nutritional value? Seems like it's long gone due to all the processing.
