For meat to be halal it is not a requirement that the name of Allah has to be said upon the point of sacrafice. This is a invention which cant be proven from the quran and many people make food haram which Allah didn't. This is associating partners with Allah who is the only legislator and if you die upon that you will go hell for eternity –
reject the sunnah and stay away from all forms of shirk . If you die following the sunnah you will have glad tidings of a painful torment of hell to remain eternaly. Stay away from anyone inviting you to folow the sunnah they are inviting you to hell and will disown you on the day of judgment —
when those who misled others will disown their followers—when they face the torment—and the bonds that united them will be cut off.
And those who were but followers will say: If a return were possible for us, we would disown them even as they have disowned us. Thus will Allah show them their own deeds as anguish for them, and they will not emerge from the Fire
