Even though spaghetti is Italian, as a Filipino American I will gladly eat spaghetti made by a Black American grandma just because they know how to cook anything and it is done properly, slowly and with soul and love.

"Soul Food" gets no justice being served in those tiny containers. They need to be bigger to accommodate the huge portion sizes. I wonder are there any containers out there larger than those 9 by 9 size containers? Food looks delicious, though!😋😋
