Im a medium rare/medium steak guy, depends on the quality of restaurant. Im not a fan of the prime rib, rather have a ribeye instead but for the people who are saying it's raw, yll are just delusional and can't fathom other people eating their steak another way besides the way yll like to eat it. For prime rib, that's perfectly cooked. If it was raw this restaurant would've been out of business by now but there not, so be quiet and move on to the next yt short.
