Hey Chef! Awesome review! The country fried steak looked amazing, cube steak may have been used and it is a little chewy. You have to remember all southern food do not have the soul factor especially in a restaurant setting. I am convinced by how you sopped the gravy, it had to be tasty! Thank you for sharing!

I really like how if you don't like something you don't make a big deal you just move on and don't let it stall you. My ex gf would go out order stuff she never had and complained to the waitress. It was so embarrassing. I'm sorry but I think it's a way to handle stuff and she would be so rude I stopped going out with her say she better stay home and cook 😢
