7:30 genuinely shocked that a foodie would not know what a pepita is… but I suppose in the U.S. we are exposed to the Spanish language and specifically Mexican and Latin American terminology more than the average European. Even in WA state I see packets of pumpkin seeds labeled as pepitas.
