Japanese Soba Noodles with Grated Daikon Radish #cooking
Yesterday was a hot day, so I felt like eating Japanese soba noodles. I made soba with grated daikon radish. I put grated daikon radish on top of the soba noodles. I also added some green onions. I used an electric kitchen machine. Both are commercial-grade and not commonly used at home. I served the soba noodles in a bowl shaped like Mount Fuji. It was delicious.
