Gabi(taro) or ‘aba’ in my language is one of my favorite vegetables of all time. Wether it is cooked with coconut milk or bagoong I will surely eat it with a lot of white rice.
Today, I got some gabi and cleaned it in the nearby stream. The next day, we went to a near waterfalls and had a picnic. I cooked half of the gabi with coconut milk and cooked the other half in bagoong and added chopped mangoes(inalseman).
The following day, I wen to pick gabi runners(daludal) or ‘takway’ and cooked it for dinner. I also harvested my ripe organic tomatoes to make homemade tomato sauce. I used this on cooking chicken afritada. We ate dinner happily.

    Grabe ka Gaygem nakaka gutum nmn yung mga pagkain niluluto mo ikao nag bigay sa alin ng insperation at napaka ganda ng tanawin pinapakita mo sa amin.
