Lazy Cheeseburger Kebabs | Food Wishes

A lazy kebab is made by rolling ground meat in flatbread, before it’s sliced, skewed and cooked, and while it most commonly features Middle Eastern flavors, the technique works perfectly as a cheeseburger version. Plus, you’ll learn how to make my famous secret, secret sauce, which is like secret sauce, only better. Enjoy!

Oatmeal meatloaf, mix 2lb beef with 1C oats 3/4C milk or broth and 2 eggs

  6. I really think you should re hash some of the mainstays and classics for the next gen of youtube and social media. I understand thats a big ask and task. But for guys in lets say your era of YT. Your channel is more of a reference source now. The world needs more Chef John..

  7. 1lb is 16oz, 4oz is quarter pound… Would you cook this at home or go somewhere and pay 7.99 for a single burger?? No fries, no soda, just the burger?
