Congrats on 3 tasty species, I've had the luck to eat them fresh caught as well. Have to agree about lure colors created to catch anglers more than fish. Always laugh when I see a big selection of topwaters with painted back and all same color under, which is what you fish is going to see. Your daughter eating fish at the end of clip is precious.
That was a giant stomach worm (Hirudinella sp.) inside the wahoo’s stomach. I remember the first time I found one, most wahoo have them apparently.
Man can’t wait for the day a catch a wahoo for the first time I know how I wanna make it now 😂

Victor. Capt Dan from bulldog fishing charters in west palm. When you cut the wahoos stomach open the little black round worm you grabbed and said “what is that” is what we call the alien. It’s a parasite that live in wahoo stomachs. Pretty much every wahoo has them. Some have two I’ve even seen 3 in a wahoo stomach.
