  2. need to do a side by side of the same item from another place. if it's just as good you will find the tourist trap.

  3. OK this an honest story. Back in high school, I mean WAY back a few friends and myself would drive 60 miles to L.A. (a lot less traffic, buck a gallon gas) to try various "famous" L.A. eateries. The time we went to Pink's we had the usual menu suspects and it was just fine. I noticed that the menu did not have a 'Mexican hot dog' featured (hot dog and cheese wrapped in a flour or corn tort) which was something I'd been eating since I was a kid. The cooks were of course hispanic and since I spoke spanish I asked them why they did'nt make a Mexican hot dog. they just shrugged their shoulders. On our next visit a few weeks later sure enough, there was a mexican hot dog on the menu and it was pretty good.

  4. I expected Cafe du Monde would pass with flying colours. Beignets and chicory coffee are a great duo. 🟫☕

  5. i never got the idea of americans complaining about inflation or something being too expensive…that first bread the meat alone would be like 50euros where im from hence they dont serve stuff like that where im from..plus its also MASSIVE like actually Massive, i wouldnt even mind paying 30 dollars for that sized bread filled with meat that we cant even serve here coz its a delicacy especially in that size…the salaries there are also really good due to the outdated taxing system so they dont take like 60 to 80% of what you make well depends how much you got but still, Even a uber driver there could make pretty good money if he worked long hours and lets say like 5 to 7 days a week

  6. For the best BEEF (NOT pork) ribs in Texas hands down, try County Line BBQ in Austin where the chain originated. Moist, generous servings and you don't have to sit in an un-air-conditioned shed in 100º+F Texas summer heat. Riscky's BBQ passed to a new family of owners in 2005 and sadly isn't what it was–we'll be nice an call it a tourist attraction for Californians. PS—the location in Ft Worth was not a ranch, it was a stockyards rail head in the 1870s-80s where cattle were sold and shipped in for meat processing. My friend, NEVER, NEVER order the "all you can eat" special ANYWHERE or what you get will be like a Golden Corral buffet come on. What you call "moist" is beef fat which gives it taste and "moistness". Unfortunately, the "All You Can Eat" joint ribs are (over) cooked practically to jerky en masse for the tourists until all the beef fat is gone. Sorry you wasted a plane ticket and trip. If you want the BEST CHILI DOG try the Dog House drive-in on Central Avenue (Route 66) near Old Town in Albuquerque, NM opened in 1948. Their foot longs with cheese and onions are simple, spicy, greasy, cheesy and old school. When I worked in ABQ in the 70's-90's I had 1-1/2 chili dogs for dinner once a week! Good channel.

  7. Went to pink’s over 10 years ago, I’m an LA native but man it was not good! the flavor of the chili just wasn’t good, and absolutely nothing special about anything else unfortunately.

  8. I already used your promo code when I signed up a few months ago my username is @rkg_ruby and im pretty sure I bid against you in that pokemon live!

  9. i went to katz way back in 2012, and i was disappointed. very average pastrami sandwich, nothing special at all. Btw, back then there was actually a waiter that served your table. IDK what year they changed that

  10. 8:11 the chili Chicago Polish dog !!! And the Betty White. || trust me. || Katz’s pastrami is pretty good, but west coast delis are equally as good but not as pricey. || aside your sponsor’s app is confusing to use. More comment later.

  11. Tourist traps are usually pretty good, but most of the time they are not worth going more than once. They make it super expensive but i dont blame them, if people are still buying they have no reason to decrease prices.

  12. Katz is a overhype over priced tourist trap… and yes those pastrami are boiled so they are not dry. Cafe du Monde is a different story worth actually worth

  13. I went to pinks at planet hollywood las vegas and thought it was eh.

Then i tried the actual pinks and it was way worse. I agree tourist trap.

  14. Katz is not actually too bad of a value proposition. Its quality meat made very well and you get a shit load of it
