I Tried the Indian Restaurant Where Billionaires and Presidents Eat!!

Welcome to Bukhara, one of the world’s mot famous Indian restaurants, where billionaires and presidents eat when they visit New Delhi!

Bukhara specializes in tandoor cooking, and they take things to a whole new level, having mastered the art of tandoori meats and vegetables, and bread.

I’ll be meeting up with Chef JP Singh, Head Chef at Bukhara, New Delhi, to learn how he makes the best tandoor Indian food you’ll ever taste!

Here are all the dishes I tried:
Murgh Malai Kebab
Tandoori Jhinga
Barrah Kebab
Seekh Kebab
Dal Bukhara
Machli Tikka
Tandoori Salad
Sikandari Raan
Kastoori Kebab

When you’re in New Delhi, India, Bukhara restaurant is a must!

  1. Just now, I had Murgh Malai Tikka With Butter Naan and was bing watching this video too😂

  2. The distance between Mark's billionaire lunch and dinner is just a NAP😂 God bless you Mark. I wish I had same genes. I put on weight even drinking water.

  3. thanks for sharing this awesome experience! i think most people do not go there to eat keep your great job going, Mark!

  4. If Mark Wiens or Guy Fieri wants to see your kitchen, do you dare say "No"? BTW, Mark made it to our favorite roadtrip stop for six generations: Sam's Original Barbeque in Fairfield, Texas.

  5. Happy Mother's Day, Ying.💐
There's a new Indian restaurant that has opened here that I've been meaning to try. Now I've got to go try it.
    The food looked delicious.😋

  6. One of the important factur the chef did not mention why these meats are cooked in two stages is that the first stage is to seal the juices in when its removed from the tandoor and allowed to come to room temperature. Of course the second stage is to finish cooking them just before serving, that way the product is hot in temp. Mark, I saw one of the chefs placing a whole pomfret fish on the scewer @3:53 should have tried that fish you would be amazed as to how good it it.

  7. While the title is true, it's kinda dumb. This is just a super consistent, legendary restaurant of Delhi, and India. Definitely pricey, but totally worth it.

  8. How can they use the bare hans to sprinkle water on the meat? how Unhygienic. It is such a big restaurant, cannot they use a bottle sprayer to moist the meat?

  9. This guy eats so much meat 🍖🍖🍖🍖 but still slim

  10. Maaarrrk india I'm lovin it bah duh ba buh buh good vibes friendly people good looking food my mouth is watering good job Mark keep up the good work

  11. Precisely my thinking and before you mentioning about sleeping on the couch, I thought, like, you need to carry your sleeping bag in there Mark! Awesome video. 😋

  12. You have eaten the best Indian food ever, no where in this world can anyone beat Bukhara’s food, hands down. Whenever u eat Indian food henceforth anywhere in the world it can never beat this.

  13. So, you go to a historic, upscale restaurant (that 90% of Indians cannot afford), and you're still wearing that dumb t-shirt? Never heard of a formal shirt, for once?

  14. honestly, I did not like hydrating the meat with water and towel in it , not expected this from a fine dining restaurant
