Stir-fried Beef with Vegetables

For me, dinner is the ideal meal of the day, less rush than breakfast and lunch. Most importantly, it’s a time with lovely family. What I prepared for our dinner today is a stir-fried beef with vegetables. It is a humble (I mean plain) dish that anyone can make it in their kitchen. The vegetables that I chose for this dish are all season vegetables. Feel free to add in whatever vegetables you like. If you don’t like bell peppers or bamboo shoot, snow peas and asparaguses will work the same.
